In a special video called ‘Red Table Talks’ Jada Pinkett-Smith decided to sit down with her mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones and her daughter Willow.
The three had a very candid conversation about life, love, family relationships and the things that are often left unsaid which I’m sure most mothers/daughters can relate to.
There were a few things I found very interesting during the convo…
The fact that Jada’s mother Adrienne dished that Jada’s childhood wasn’t as good as Willow’s because she was on drugs well into Jada’s teens, that she considered herself a ‘bad mother’ and she felt that deep down Jada resented her for that. Then Willow revealed that if she could change anything, it would be that she wouldn’t be famous because she can’t be a regular girl.
Now that’s deep!
